Kit uses they/she pronouns. They offer heart-led counseling to adults, which seeks to uplift people and embolden them to feel their feelings. Kit works with folks who are processing grief and loss, relational disconnection, transitions, burnout, perfectionism, creative blocks, fear, and other experiences that can lead to a sense of being stuck.
Kit is a NEDA approved death companion and end-of-life planner, meaning that their therapeutic approach has a big-picture view, where folks are invited to take honest inventory on their lives, and bring their authentic selves into the work. As your therapist, Kit will value your inherent right to experience liberation, joy and pleasure and will ask you for your active collaboration throughout this process.
Kit is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, working under a state-approved supervisor.
